Student photo privacy

Student profile photos are not shown in public job search results and are not intended to be indexed by general internet search engines. Students can delete their own profile photo from their profile card at any time.

Information we collect

The platform collects account information, age-gate information, student profile card details, employer company information, Companies House verification records, payment records, reports, strikes, and approval details where a 16-17 year old student requires an approver.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the platform, verify businesses, process featured advert payments, provide safety controls, send transactional emails, and keep audit records for reports, strikes, approvals, and account decisions.

Approver information

For students aged 16-17, parent, guardian, or teacher name and email are used only to request account approval and keep an approval audit record.
