Venue-only platform

UK Student Work Hub provides a noticeboard-style platform where verified businesses and agencies can publish opportunities for students. The platform is not the employer, recruitment agency, payroll provider, workplace supervisor, or party to any employment contract.

Wages and workplace responsibility

Payment responsibility is shown on each job listing. Direct employers are responsible for their own wages, contracts, workplace conduct, insurance, and legal obligations. Recruitment agencies are responsible for roles they manage and for any agency payroll obligations they state.

Student eligibility

Student accounts are limited to users aged 16-21. Students aged 16-17 require parent, guardian, or teacher approval before their account becomes active. Students must accept the Professional Readiness Pledge covering reliability, communication, manners, and accountability under the attendance strike policy.

Reports and strike policy

Reports enter an admin safety queue before enforcement is confirmed. Verified reports may trigger the automated three-strike safety protocol. Strike 1 causes a 48-hour suspension. Strike 2 causes a 6-week suspension. Strike 3 causes a permanent ban. Employer bans may also blacklist the verified Companies House number.

Important note

These platform terms are operational website terms and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before launch.
