Safety Policy

Last updated: 09 May 2026

Safeguarding features

The platform includes an age gate, education email checks, 16-17 approver approval, Companies House employer verification, private student profile photos, reporting tools, admin visibility, and automated strike actions.

Reporting

Students can report job listings or employers. Employers can report students. Reports enter a safety queue so job details, messages, timesheets, and admin notes can be checked before any strike or ban is confirmed.

Automated strike actions

When a report is verified, the strike system can apply escalating restrictions: 48-hour suspension, 6-week suspension, then permanent ban. The protocol is safety-first and keeps an evidence record before enforcement is confirmed.

Emergency situations

The platform is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, users should contact emergency services or the relevant safeguarding authority directly.
